What Sets Us Apart
Ambico Behavior offers its employees fieldwork supervision to those pursuing BCBA/ BCaBA certification. A structured curriculum allows us to provide both unrestricted and restricted activities on a monthly basis. Student analysts will receive compensation for unrestricted activities.
Ambico Behavior prides itself in providing competitive compensation for its employees. Ambico Behavior clinicians receive an hourly base rate with opportunities for monthly bonuses. Ask us about our bonuses. We think you'll like them!

At Ambico Behavior we "work to live" not "live to work”. It's our goal to have our employees enjoying their time off, not worrying about the financial impact it'll have on them. For each hour worked, our employees earn paid time off.
Ambico Behavior is a company founded by a clinician, for clinicians. We are self-funded meaning we don't have the influence of non-clinicians leading our business. We provide our staff with preference assessments, frequent burn-out checks, and work-life quality. We don't work weekends (unless you want to!), holidays, or evenings past typical work hours. We strive to keep our employees happy to be the best clinicians possible for our learners.
